Shoppkit acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and fulfillment of their products. Shoppkit does not take ownership of products and is not liable for disputes arising between buyers and sellers.

However, Shoppkit reserves the right to mediate disputes to ensure fair platform usage.

Changes to Seller Terms

Shoppkit may update or modify these Seller Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes.
